Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the bossradar service ("Service"). If you break this AUP we may suspend or terminate your access.

1. Lawful use only

You must use the Service and any information you obtain from it in compliance with all applicable laws, including data-protection, privacy, anti-spam, and marketing laws in the jurisdictions where you and your recipients are located.

2. Respect for individuals

Information about individuals must be used only for legitimate business-to-business purposes. You must not use it to harass, deceive, defraud, discriminate against, or harm any person, and you must honour opt-out and erasure requests you receive.

3. No abuse of the platform

You must not:

• share, resell, or redistribute your API key or raw results in a way that competes with the Service;
• exceed rate limits, circumvent access controls, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without authorisation;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to build a competing dataset for resale.

4. Third-party terms

Some information originates from third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with the applicable terms of those platforms when you use such information.

5. Security and integrity

Do not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate. Report suspected abuse to [email protected].
